I am a photographer, mother of twins, and an executive in a software company.   I am based in Carp Ontario, a small town outside of Ottawa Canada. 

 

Having worked in the high tech industry for over 30 years, I recently decided it was time to invest more time in my lifelong love of photography.  I have an equal love of travel, so combining my two passions was a natural evolution. 

 

I am a travel and nature photographer.  My work seeks to share our world’s beauty by capturing small details that make a scene or country unique. I embrace and explore the unexpected textures, patterns, lines and colors seen when nature and the world are viewed up close, sometimes to the point of becoming abstract.

​Oceans and water are a particular area of interest; you will see them as a frequent subject of my work.  Since I was a child I have been drawn to water in all forms and am at my happiest swimming in the waves or walking along a beach.
